Shipment fees:

1. ITALY

Shipments are made in Italy by SDA or BRT delivery service.
Free Shipping all over Italy, except different specifications.
For orders whose value is less than 50 Eur shipment charges amount to 7 Eur in Italy.

2. ABROAD

FRATINARDI ships worldwide by Export Box or DHL carrier.

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL FRATINARDI.IT orders are shipped out of Milan - Italy WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased.
Shipments for Russian Federation will be delivered within approximately 15/20 working days. fratinardi.it cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment which may result from packs being stopped and checked by Borders & Customs Agencies. According to International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade all fratinardi.it shipments coming with official invoice stating the value of each items in Euros. For items on sale invoice list discount prices.

Time to Delivery: 

FRATINARDI.IT daily ships all the orders received within 12.00 a.m. from Monday to Friday. If you have placed the order in a non-working day or holiday day, the parcel will be shipped the first following business day.

Estimated Time to delivery:

• 1-2 working days for Italy (+1 day for Sicilia and Sardegna)
• 4-5 working days in EU
• 8-10 working days for Extra EU countries

The shipments for Russian Federation could be subjected to delays on deliveries causing by Custom procedures not estimable in advance and not imputable neither to Massaboutique.com either Export Box courier service.

If you paid the purchase order via bank transfer, the parcel will be shipped as soon as the payment is received on FRATINARDI bank account. During sales promotion time, FRATINARDI ships all orders in chronological sequence as there will be delayed shipments  up to 4 days more.

Shipment Tracking:

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from the courier specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by FRATINARDI.IT.

Shipment Insurance:

FRATINARDI.IT shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches the destination, Fratinardi.it could be not considered responsible anymore. FRATINARDI.IT requires a signature at the delivery, in order to pass every kind of responsibility from the company to the customer. The customer is accountable for the package.
