Sergio Rossi

The brand Sergio Rossi was created in San Mauro Pascoli, Italy, when the same Sergio Rossi inherited from his father the tools and traditions of a great craftsman.

In the early sixties Sergio Rossi met Gianni Versace. Was the beginning of an indissoluble union between body and clothes for Versace and between body and footwear, Sergio Rossi. These common features will prove to be of great importance for future collaboration, that will give an important role in the constitution of Italian luxury in the modern industry. Sergio Rossi began selling its shoes in Bologna in 1966 and from then on he spent his winters to produce sandals which would then sold in the course of the summer, the beaches of Rimini. A pair of these sandals proved critical to the success of Sergio Rossi.

Nearly fifty years after the creation of the first shoe, the success of the Sergio Rossi brand is under everybody's eyes and you can easily measure, attracting the attention of the major players in the fashion world.
